My stay at Kb'S Grand was marked by excellent service. the staff went above and beyond to assist me upon arrival, which I truly appreciated. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere. However, I did face some issues with limited hot water hours and a restricted breakfast menu. which took away from the overall experience.
